She was a Norscan warrior that wanted to fight her way to Khorne's throne, to I believe place a skull of a Slaanesh Prince she beat herself. She was eventually ambushed by a Slaanesh force in the chaos realm close to the Brass Citadel, I'm pretty sure. Khorne was so pissed by the seeming death of one of his favorite champions that he took her corpse and bellowed at it with such rage that Valkia was revived. Khorne then reshaped her body into a form more pleasing, though she is specifically not a deamon prince (or princess) in this case. I may be a bit wrong in some details but I hope this clears some kind curiosity you have.
