In the years that followed, the Small Tora remnants of the Enclave, fleeing the destruction of the oil rig and Raven Rock, made their way to Jacksonville, Texas. The former tomato capital of America.
With tomato reserves stable from raiding the local seed banks, they bide their time in a government bunker nearby Vault 274. Watching, waiting, for the dwellers within to emerge: a chance to obtain more recruits to their cause.
