Added 2023-06-18 19:29:48 +0000 UTCSo after a lot of feedback, I decided to take a look at the Skill XP curve this week, and I've made some improvements that you'll hopefully like.
Here's the current Skill XP curve:
And here is the new Skill XP curve:
As you can see, you now need less XP to level up your skills, and training up to rank 40-50 should be fairly easy. However, going past those ranks is going to get a lot more difficult. The reason why the skill curve gets to steep here is because I'm planning on adding new, special activities to help you achieve those higher skill ranks.
Another thing that I did this week was to fix a bug that caused the background music volume to randomly increase.
While this may not be a lot, there's a reason why I haven't been able to get as much done this week. I'm working on getting the public version of the game on Steam, which requires... a lot to set everything up, lol. But because of that, this month's update will probably be pretty lackluster, since I need to split my time between working on the game and getting it ready for its Steam release.
