Chapter 805 Let’S Share A Room

Emily nodded, her lips parting slightly, but no words came out.

Her eyes were filled with questions and confusion.

“We could try finding a different hotel room,” Su Luo suggested.

Emily shook her head. “That would draw even more attention, and they’d probably still arrange for us to stay on the same floor.”

Su Luo felt a bit helpless but understood Emily’s hesitation.

“Maybe… we could just share a room?” he asked tentatively.

Emily was stunned for a moment by the suggestion. She frowned slightly. “But some people might misunderstand our relationship.”

Su Luo looked at her seriously. “I don’t care what other people think. Our feelings don’t need anyone’s approval.”

Emily was moved by the sincerity in Su Luo’s eyes and voice. After a pause, she finally nodded.

“Alright, let’s share the room.”

Su Luo let out a sigh of relief. He opened the door and guided Emily inside.

The room’s simple yet cozy decor helped them feel slightly more at ease.

They stood awkwardly in the middle of the room, unsure of what to say to each other.

For a moment, it was as if time had stopped, the sound of their heartbeats the only thing filling the silence.

Su Luo gently turned and closed the door behind them, hoping it would lessen the tension between them just a little.

He looked around—there was only a large bed and a few pieces of simple furniture. Nothing to distract them from the situation.

Suddenly, Emily noticed two glasses filled with ice on the table. She walked over, picked one up, and handed it to Su Luo.

When Su Luo took the glass, he noticed a few slices of grapefruit floating in it.

Emily smiled softly. “I know you like grapefruit-flavored cocktails. I asked the waiter to bring some.”

Su Luo’s mood instantly lifted. He smiled at her and said, “You’re such a thoughtful girlfriend.”

Emily blushed and gave his shoulder a light push. “Stop being so smug!”

They sat down and began drinking together.

As they talked, recalling the moments they’d shared since meeting each other, the atmosphere gradually became more relaxed.

Su Luo suddenly remembered something funny. “Did I ever tell you? Once, after a match, a fan chased me down for an autograph—only to realize later that he thought I was Messi!”

Emily laughed so hard she nearly cried. “Hahaha! That’s adorable! Honestly, you two do look a little alike!”

Su Luo laughed too. “I can only imagine how stressed Messi must feel if people are confusing him with me!”

Their laughter filled the room, washing away all the awkwardness and nerves.

That small moment of humor brought them closer.

Su Luo suddenly felt that Emily looked even more beautiful than before—her bright eyes full of warmth and love.

Emily looked at him and asked softly, “Do you ever regret being with me?”

Su Luo raised his head and looked into her eyes, firm yet gentle. “Not even for a second. Being with you is the best decision I’ve ever made.”

Emily leaned closer and whispered in his ear, “Me too. No matter what challenges we face, we’ll face them together.”

They hugged tightly, feeling the warmth and comfort of each other’s embrace.

In that small hotel room, filled with the soft glow of affection and the echo of shared laughter, their love quietly deepened.
