Pumpkin Breakfast Donuts GF

Gluten Free pumpkin donuts are delicious and and perfect for fall.

Ingredients:

2 cups of gluten free oats

1 can (15 oz) of pumpkin puree

3/4 cup milk

2 Eggs

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice powder

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

1/2 cup of chopped pumpkin seeds raw, unsalted


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place all the ingredient, except the chocolate and the seeds in the food processor and blend.

Then slowly stir in the chocolate and seeds with a wooden spoon. Pour into silicone donut mold. Your can find the mold we use here.

Bake for 20 min.
