SIP .07 Combat

I finished the new campsite passages and everything is finally working together well. It's ready for the final round of testing before I upload the new version.

I've been working on fleshing out the basic combat mechanics. Combat is going to be a bit more unforgiving, but not Dark Souls tier, remember you can always try running away. There should be a handful of weapons/armor ready to be crafted to help you survive against the tougher foes. Enemies will be more rewarding dropping a variety of useful loot. I've doubled the amount of enemy mobs (2 to 4). There are two new status effects ready, stun and poison. Critical hits, random number generator fun, lots of flavor text improvements. 

I fiddled with the code to prevent multiple enemies attacking you in a row in the same location since I decided in the end it was too unfair to die from mostly unavoidable bad luck with RNG. Of course this won't stop enemies from potentially attacking you in every location you move to (20% chance per movement). I'm also toying with the idea of adding crafted lures to double that chance or an item to halve the chance for players who want to farm mobs or avoid combat.
