After Jane asking what the so called relaxation device was, Wise explains to her that it´s a chip that goes on the neck and that helps to relax, simple!
But Jane, with her curiosity, now wants to try it by herself! Just to see "what it would do to her".
Wise already has the answer for that, but hey, if she wants to try the chip, why deny her request? After all, we all deserve to relax, hehe.
Wise very conveniently had a chip with him, so he shows it to Jane. And Jane now is more than ready to get the chip on her!
