Ant-Man is the last movie in phase 2 of the MCU. The post credit scenes are so mind blowing and lead us right into phase 3.
Scott Lang just got out of prison and has a reputation for being a master thief. He gets caught up in a new job where he learns of Dr. Hank Pym and the Pym Particle - a technology that allows someone to become super strong and super small. Scott must help Dr. Pym keep this technology out of the wrong hands! This movie also has the worst MCU villain. His name is Darren Cross and we hate him. 🐑

2024-07-21 19:08:04 +0000 UTCWould've loved to have seen more of Hank Pym as Antman, alongside his wife Janet Van Dyne. But still adore this film, Scott Lane is a fun Antman so it works. Hank and Janet were two of my favourite characters from The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Hero's (2010) acting as founding members of The Avengers like the comics. I'd argue that Janet was the heart and soul of the Avengers, alongside Captain America.
