Good evening friends! Well, I saw online that this traditional Chinese restaurant dish was classified as “Easy”, but I’ll be honest it was a real ass kicker. I may not have soaked the bean curd stalks for long enough. Plus I forgot the salt. But give it a try and hopefully it works out okay for you.
