I tried to make the cheese turds but having trouble for multiple reasons. I cant figure out at what point to add the cheese. Also, i didnt get the egg shell in and then take it out. So i have to redo. i wont give up. Thanks henry

My fiancé is in Wisconsin and I will eventually live there too. I am from Quebec, Canada, the original land of the cheese curds, and the only thing I can say is: never enough cheese. I would love if you revisited this one, or perhaps try revisiting poutine, but definitely don't be afraid of the squeak next time!

Well, I hate to give away secrets, but Roast Beef usually scratches and takes the stuff off right away as well, so a lot of times I play the video in slow motion so he looks mellow :) This time he was OK for about 15 seconds, but I think that's 'cuz he just woke up and didn't know what was happening. I'm not sure what secret these fancy cat models have!

Hi Henry, I have two cats that I wish would start wearing clothes the way Roast Beef does. Right now when I try to dress them they get real mad and scratch up my arms. Any tips? P.S. I never thought about them becoming cat models, but if I can dress them then I think we’d have a real shot at the big time!
