The Assassin knows death more intimately than anyone else here at the end of the world, but finds less and less need for their expertise; the eternal night deals death aplenty and for free. But the same skills that can end a human life can, perhaps, also kill those things that prey on men. Perhaps this is an age that calls for flexibility on the job?
The assassin is a flexible, stealthy playbook capable of dealing tremendous bursts of damage and setting up combination attacks with other heroes, and doing so with style. And style's important! When everything else is lost, style is all you have left, hey?

The amount of detail and nuance in the crunch compared to other PbtA games I've seen is impressive! I can't wait until there's a playtest for this. ^_^

2018-06-23 11:49:23 +0000 UTCFun class! my only complaint is the choose one to master. It sounds silly, but i always prefer choose 2. that way you can pick one that you really need, and one that fits the character. :)
