I’ve seen 15+ years of survival/debut production group shows and Simon is the first CEO I’ve come to respect and admire. The idol industry is hard and only like the top 1% debut while all the other less talented trainees get discarded like expired food. If you see XGs current variety shows, you’ll see how their bond with Simon is like family rather than their ceo. He truly cares for these girls although he’s tough and blunt. This industry shows no mercy and he mentally trained them to thrive while remaining a strong pillar for them to fall back on to if they fail.
