On the issue of "paying more" for analog experiences, I totally agree with Emil. I recently got into starter film cameras, and there's obviously an ongoing cost. I'm in a place in my life where I feel lucky to be able to cover the costs (I don't have kids or go out all that often), and I get a lot of joy from having printed pictures, but I know not everyone can have that even if they really wanted it.
