Comic Report #129.3 - Aaauughh!!

There ended up being all kinds of background details on this one and I, drunk off my new-found drawing power, decided to go in and include all of them. Or most of them, at least. I'm typing this now and I see one detail I forgot to add, I'll be popping it in when I go in and do the text. I'll leave it to the reader to figure out what it is when the final page goes up.
I have this thing where I feel a bit bad about how a page is coming along right up until I start to get most of the backgrounds in. When the backgrounds are all blocked in and incomplete and I'm painting my figures, I always feel like I'm not doing enough, like I'm not doing well enough and that my art is struggling, but then when I get to the background details and fill them out, my mood changes. It all looks rough until it's 90% done, and then it's like, oh! There's the thing I've been building. It just pops into space before my eyes. Seeing this page laid out like that I feel much better about it, and about the overall visual presentation of my work.
That's it for now! I'm gonna get to lettering and get this bad boy up on the site so I can get back to working on the next thing I gotta do ASAP. Thanks for checking in!
