Thanks Joseph this has brought some form of inner peace, I was struggling with lust and mild form of ADD and lonelyness making slip into hell didn't want to return back to my old way's, something inside me said the struggle I feel is symbolic of what Jesus had to over come, but with this knowledge Joseph has given, we have a protective barrier, these practices are the medicine, the transformation process inner alchemy, so then we can feel the presence of God again.
