Reaction to JYP VS YG (Stray Kids Dance and Rap)

YAY! Thank you so much and for finding good videos of it :D The dance is just so much fun. Right before they started (sad they cut this out lol), they were all in a line to introduce themselves to YG (the dance was the last one) for those who hadn't been introduced yet. They did the introductions and were supposed to introduce the dance, but Bang Chan was like, we'll just show you. lol the sass. YG apparently likes to have an introduction for things. Chan then said they need 2 mins to prepare and they started stretching and double knotting their shoes. YG was almost horrified as JYP and YG were discussing earlier that Got7 when they did this battle were flipping all over the place and YG was really hoping they weren't going to be flipping again. And the YG trainees were hoping they weren't either lol. But when it started, YG's face was like WTF is this.. lol So much fun. Bit of a downer note though, Chan hurt himself a few days before this battle - at the end where he does a little something in the front then taps the floor - I'm not sure at which part, but the choreo was supposed to have him doing a flip, but he landed on his neck and injured himself during practice of it. I think he got an injection to help with the pain, but the fact he did the dance and the vocal part while injured so badly blows my mind. Oh - and the thing rolling on the floor was actually a bug. It survived being stepped on and was like, I'm out! I love Bang Chan's expressions throughout the dance. And I feel like Changbin is just flexing that he started as a dancer as he was in the main dance choreo throughout. Go Changbin! The rap song is a shortened version. It originally has Bang Chan also in it and he does a whole rap part (not just a chorus) so I still recommend finding the lyric video for it to get the full experience. This rap is still sooooo good though at the battle! JYP (at the time) was not known for rap - good dancing, not so much rap til Stray Kids came along. So coming to YG's house (whose idols were known for good rap) and rapping, big flex! Yup he was rapping at the YG trainees heh. Ahhh. so good. My ears are so happy :D Thank you so much!!!
