ZOMBIES IN VEGAS - TIMELAPSE 04/06/24

Bonus post this week as I hadn't much to update you all on last Friday, tonight I've been working on designing a zombie spawner located within the casino inspired heavily by Gordon Ramsay's Steak House in Las Vegas! In this video I'm focusing purely on the geometry of the building and not worrying too much about detail / lighting, these will be revised much later in the maps development when most of the map has been realised and I'm happy with the layout and gameplay of most areas.

This area I've decided to have connected to the main walkway within the casino that allows players to access the tower elevator. I'd like to have a chillout / dining area on top of the restaurant which I may add a staircase up to from the inside to add a bit of consistency, which could also be used as a second zombie spawner up above, tying the entire area together nicely! I'd like to come up with some interesting / funny names for all these areas to put on signs / branding, so far I've used real life location names for all the areas I've taken inspiration from however I think it'll be a lot more fun if they're all parodies of themselves similar in tone to how the Grand Theft Auto series spoofs real life branding. If you have any ideas for restaurant names / mascot ideas, anything like that let me know!

Another Idea I had, as there will be many different restaurants located within the main casino is to have specific zombie types that come out of these restaurants that are dressed as waiters / waitresses and chefs, this may be a lot of work to get done but I think it would be a really fun detail to try include if possible!
