It didn’t hit the Earth, but the residue(in the form of rain) from the milk come into contact with the women on the Earth. The milk cause the women to grow into horny mini-giantess that squirts milk nonstop. They go around trying to infect other women or satisfy their pleasures. And no human weapon, military or anything else can even harm or stop them. The world is eventually taken over and the huge giantess finds out about later 😅. If possible.
