You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.5.14a1 to version 0.6.0a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
New stuff
New girl arrives to the house - Blair. Watch the visions as per quest log, then greet her. After that there will be two quests available for her, first one is multi-event, the second is more straightforward. Just follow the quest log (it's mostly her exploring the house).
You may want to keep a save from before watching the last vision in the intro quest, we may add a bit of extra content to the arrival part in Beta/EA.
