I had cats and/or dogs all my life until 1999 when I had to have both my cat and dog put to sleep within about 6 months of each other. I then went 7 years w/o having a cat or dog. I adopted a cat and discovered that my body had decided since it hadn't lived with any cats for many years there was no need to retain the ability to not be allergic to them. So I tried the OTC meds one by one and found that Zyrtec reduced my allergy 99%. I then would wait for CVS or Walgreens to have their house brand on sale for the huge year-supply bottles which I would buy. It costs just a few cents per day; like 90-95% less than the actual Zyrtec brand.

Declined the offer of surgery though ass previously spent a long time in hospital and really didn't want to go back in. Figured it was diet related so are only lean chicken, potatoes and salad for 6 boring months. Pain never came back, gradually introduced real food to find my limit!

2023-04-20 17:52:45 +0000 UTCUgh, I feel for Amber not having a dishwasher. Life is 100 times better when you have a dishwasher and have a washer/dryer at home so you don't have to go to a laundromat. Perhaps we need to start a gofundme for a dishwasher??
