Mondays tend to be my longest day of the week. I have to sit down and study for hours... Often I find myself outside, drinking in the fresh air and listening to the birds as I jot down note after note. Typically, I'm pretty twitchy. I really struggle to sit still and my poor chair often pays the price for it. Oddly enough, this Monday was a little bit different. Four chapters in and I was squirming even more than usual, rubbing my feet, tapping my toes, even rolling my ass around in my seat. It was during one of these squirm sessions I noticed something a bit different.. an odd feeling on the concrete. The ball of my foot hovered, unsure of what exactly I was feeling. A spider? An ant? Startled, I rapidly smushed my feet against this alien creature.. that was until I caught a peak of what - or should I say, who I was crushing. You! All beat up and pummeled from my frightened attack...
"Oh gosh.. not another..." I muttered, remorse heavy in my tone, "Where do they keep coming from?" Concern twisting my face, I reached down to pluck your itty bitty body from the ground, "What am I going to do with you?"
