Don't know what the local Code Duello is. If the Viscount Collins does the full gauntlet and accuses the Baron Mabry of paying for the murder of his sister-in-law, his stepchildren, his wife and him, is Mabry allowed to not meet him? (The other branch where Mabry must claim slander and then demand satisfaction from Collins on that ground is equally adequate in terms of blood on the ground. I'd take either.)
