as you can see i blurred the sided and stuff afterwards
It is good to get to a certain point with the actual PSD
then after finish with a Jpg or png and paint over it
Depends on what you will do though if you need
to go behind the character you should do before
saving it to single layer file.
To Get the orange effect you use Overlay with orange color
this around the face etc with an opaque water color brush.
