Legends of Purgatory makes its GTAF Debut! /// Things I Been Doin 1Oct2024
Added 2024-10-01 17:48:08 +0000 UTCYou may have noticed me talking about my overarching personal project, well, yesterday I finally took the plunge and made a topic on GTAForums for my DLC Concept, Legends of Purgatory, that's been cooking (mostly in terms of character models) for the past three years.
After that bout of covid you heard about hit me bad, the first real thing i ended up doing coming back was finishing Gerry's hair that sat untextured for a year. But after doing that, i only had motivation to keep going and finally dedicate myself to work on LOP in a significant way for the first time since then, and it's manifested as something put-together enough that i could finally post about it on GTAF. Anybody who's been tuned into my Neocities's update logs may have noticed that coming up to thsi point, I started working on a whole section for LOP just to get my thoughts out, though i haven't linked it back to the home page yet.
Currently, the goal for LOP as an actual playable mod is, for now, just a freemode DLC with Gerry, the new models, and the radio, while i slowly turn Liberty City into its 1997 self. You guys will be the very first to access any of this when I can get it all together.
I couldn't have done it without you guys. You mean the world to me.
I need to fix up the version of Gerry's closed denim jacket for Niko, as well as Johnny and Luis, and give everybody their own unique open variants, because it feels embarassing to have not released anything publicly since Swimsuit Packie, and for patrons since Lingerie Kate.
But now that I have the privilege to test Blender I/O, I'm going to be able to do a bunch of map stuff i've been wanting to do for ages.
