I know you didn't request proofreading, but for the English version, "Okay, You can look at it as much as you like." to "Okay, You can look at me as much as you like." and then change Sumou to Sumo. and add quotes to make it "naked sumo" (which would retain the Japanese, but I think or even "naked wrestling" would be more accuate) the quotes "" would be because she would clearly be using that term as an innuendo, or that it would have a double-meaning.
