Amai Mask is way more powerful than the current Genos. Amai Mask could easily progress to S class if he wanted to, but he stays class A#1, so he is a kinda "filter" that doesn't allow any weak hero to progress to S class. As he said his philosophy is that heroes should resemble absolute justice that defeats all evil and saves innocent people. He sees beauty in the overwhelming strength. He hates evil/monsters
