Regenerator Full res + Steps
Added 2023-04-01 21:01:43 +0000 UTCWith the initial monotone sketch I felt that the design was way too close to the design for the regenerators as they appear in the new remake. Ironically I don't really like the new design that much. I think the skin texture looks sort of rubbery and fake. And I hate the big cartoony teeth and the over-modelled cheek bones. So when it came to rendering this guy up I spent a good while reworking the face until I liked the look. At the end I added in all the little tendrils to further sell the idea that this thing is packed to the brim with parasites.
