Love it! There is so much depth to Bo's work that sometimes goes over heads on the first watch, so I'm really glad you enjoyed it. You really should watch his newest special Inside at some point. It was the first thing I saw by him and I've been absolutely obsessed ever since. Bo stopped performing live after Make Happy because he was having panic attacks on stage at many of his shows. Inside was the first comedy-special-type-thing he made since that happened. It's not as much comedy, though, as it is brilliant solo-filmmaking (he wrote, filmed, performed, edited, etc. the whole thing by himself in his house during COVID). The whole thing takes place in that room you saw at the end here with the dusty piano. 😂 He also wrote and directed the film Eighth Grade, which is worth a watch as well at some point. Thanks again for doing this one!

I like how you got that his performance wasn’t only comedy, but also serious stuff, and like you, I’m a huge fan of everything he does. You know, at the end, you were saying that you’d have to be a prick to actually find this offensive, and what’s crazy to me, and makes my legitimately sick, is that some people are still today trying to cancel him (that salt and vinegar joke still makes people mad, insane). Anyways, we’ll see if other people like it ig, but if you want to do more Bo Burnham, “What.” is on YouTube on his channel, the full version, for free, which is sick. It’s quite similar to what you just watched, it came out a couple of years before though (it’s just as good imo). “Inside”, though, is his most popular special, it’s on Netflix, and it’s not stand up. Make Happy one of, if not my favourite stand up special, but Inside is in my top 25 best movies of all time. It was filmed during the pandemic, and it’s the first thing he did since what you watched. During the Kanye Rant, he had a panic attack, so that sucks, but he came back in 2021 with Inside, with hilarious songs, even more serious talk, I mean it’s great, I hope you react to it one day. Anyways, thanks for this reaction again, and keep up the fantastic content mate!
