I just watched this again, and I swear, it brings back so many memories of the summer of 1987 and working at the movie theater.

2022-11-19 09:35:56 +0000 UTCIt's a shame that Amanda Peterson died at such a young age (in 2015). When this movie came out in 1987, I was 18 and working as an usher in a movie theater. The summer, fall and winter of 1987 was a great period for movies. The single most fun job I ever had (other than being in the Army, which was a blast but for different reasons). If you haven't watched the 1987 movie "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" yet, definitely watch it!
