I would really like an episode that goes into a deep dive of her perspective and her point of view. She is very much giving "It's not that I want you to do the dishes, it's that I want you to WANT to do the dishes" aka CRAZY!!!!! I think Haru wants the relationship to move faster and she also wants to validate her feelings for Legoshi. To me, going to the black market was her trying to gauge if she will change her mind and feelings about their relationship but it didn't, so she was like let's make this officia and when our boy pulled back from the kiss, it probably felt like a soft rejection.
