Update Information

Hello everyone,

Well, damn. I was getting things in order yesterday, going through Patreon tiers to make sure everything was appropriate, as once a charge is ran those are basically locked in. I then realized that pledge charges only go through at the start of the month--which I knew, not sure what I was thinking. So, now I'm left with a dilemma. I see no reason to run a pledged post right now, as any charges won't occur until the end of the month anyways.

So, now I'm thinking about what kind of update to put out. How much content to include while still making the end of the month release (which will now be the one with the pledge) exciting. I'm sure part of it is simply first time jitters that this will be the first release in years and I want it to be something worthwhile. So, I've attached two pictures from the game above to show that yes, progress is being made, which is something I promised you guys I would try to do more. I'll give this some thought and I welcome feedback from you guys. Would a short update be detrimental to a bigger release at the end of the month? Would you rather just see a new teaser or two to hold you over until then so as to make it more exciting?

Thanks!

Still finishing it up. I don't plan on pushing it to the end of the month this time around. When it's done, it'll drop.

Any news on the update/pledged post?

In lack of better terms, considering the "history" of this game's development, turning on monthly subs after years without new content is likely to turn more people away than anything.

I agree hold off, but I think turning on monthly would help you a lot in the long turn. Also, just have it where months you are busy with work turn it back off perhaps like some, and so nothing major happens, nothing charged happens.
