Status Update

Hello everyone,

I've been a bit silent this month, but wanted to give everyone quick update on things as we near the end of the month. I didn't say anything earlier, but my plan is to start monthly releases. Some months will have enough content to warrant a charge, some won't. I will clearly specify if it is a charged release.

There will be a release on the 31st. It WILL NOT be a charged release, and it will not contain chapter 1 content. I do believe the February release will have both new content and will be a charged release. Again, the release this month WILL NOT be a charged release.

The upcoming release will only be about version .09 and will get you to the point where Aylia gets the peasant dress. Kira's updated design, and the Zalran fields map set are still in the works. Those will bring us back to version 0.10 and get us into chapter 1.

I'll revisit this in February, but if I'm able to get chapter 1 content in place and run a charged update, my plan is to use that money to try and commission both the combat system plugins and the remaining menu pieces. Then hopefully we'll have all the foundational pieces in place, which would be the first time ever (even VX Ace never got that far). I've already tracked down and licensed most of the other plugins I need, those are the final hang-ups and I have not found premade plugins that suffice.

Well, I think that covers it. I'm excited about how the game is playing, and I'm even more excited about getting new content in the game and to you guys. It's been a blast working on this these past few months and I truly appreciate everyone's support.
