Status Update
Added 2021-09-01 04:42:53 +0000 UTCQuick thank you to everyone who has tested the game and reported issues. Everything reported has been fixed. I also found a number of events that were not firing because they got changed to be "under the player" for some reason (most were in the main mine area around the anvil, etc.). I must have copied an event incorrectly. In VX Ace, I'd used a script to reference prior events instead of recreating them multiple times, but that script is not available in MV that I could find.
Anyways, on to the current status. I posted with the alpha release that I would post another today, but I'm going to push it back to Friday. I didn't really work much on Saturday and Sunday beyond bug fixes and given that I don't want to keep doing releases every few days, I'd like for this release to get to the first night. It's playable through Zalran, but Aylia's new peasant dress artwork is not ready. I'm going to spend the next few days finishing that up so I don't have any more placeholders.
I also am happy to say that I'm currently going to continue working full time through at least September. I will probably have to dedicate a few days to my other work, but most of my days will be full time on Aylia's Story. Despite it just being an alpha, it felt really good to put something out there for people to test. I really can't wait to get the full 0.10 out and start getting to the good stuff.
