January 2019 choose your scenario

One character only,only one suggestion per person. The suggestion picked's owner won't be eligible for next dynamic so others get a chance to be picked. I'm trying to stimulate the dynamic here so everyone gets a chance so keep that in mind while voting. Try to not voting for your own scenario but since I can't really check if you did its up to you to play nice. Any doubts can be clarified here.
