Pregnant old flames or not?

Version 0.9 will be about revisiting old flames, non-Wenches quest girls you have met in your adventures and had some fun with. Since you did what you did with them, I was wondering if during the "Act 2 quest" you would want to have them pregnant or just have given birth "off screen" and are now ready for... more fun.

Disclaimer 1: As usual, your feedback is important but I reserve the right to make my own artistic decisions based on my judgement.

Disclaimer 2: having the previous disclaimer in mind, I will try to roughly correlate the amount of pregnant girls to their amount in the poll, i.e. if roughly 75% of the votes are preggos, I'll have most of the girls pregnant in the update, etc.
