First Preview Teaser / Poll Results
Added 2021-08-19 18:00:05 +0000 UTCHey all! Results are in and the Kings Court wins it! I just had an idea for an extra jester that would melt your face off ;) But.. for now, we finally have vehicles and here's the first of many previews to come.
I'll have 4 vehicles in total, divided into modular sections, the major parts being Front, Mid, Back, Sail, Wings. And the smaller parts being the platforms like Side Planks "walk the plank style", ledges to hold troops on, weapons platforms, front spikes / weapons. I'm also working to have victims strapped to the hull / on spikes, mad max style.
I left this one pretty accessory free but like the Speed Demons, i'll have loads of spikes / chains / trophies / skulls / pikes to hang off of, place underneath, onto the deck and make it your own.
Crew members? I'm working on Drivers, Captains and platform gunners plus the obvious slaves / King on his throne. For now I put some of my gladiators on 28mm bases to show that you can actually fit based minis on this one, these aren't just for show!!
Should be pretty crazy month for raiders!

Ahhh gotcha, yeah that would be fun but i didn't want to have specific areas to place models but rather place them / build them as you want, for instance, you can choose to not have a sail to place more models or you can place 3 sails ext ext If I would choose where you have to put models, it would really cut into that build them how you want thing
2021-08-23 20:45:19 +0000 UTCI meant more that the bases could be inset into the deck. So rather that standing the model on top with base visible, there is a recess that the model and base sit in. Only possible on larger areas really. And you,d probably have to offer a solid version as well. ,

2021-08-23 20:32:07 +0000 UTCI think we're saying the same thing but I'm not sure hahah I have the last part, the rear part raised on some of them but the mid and front are always the same height on the deck / some rear pieces are also flush, so you can add and remove models as you wish
2021-08-23 20:29:07 +0000 UTCDo removable bases that sit flush with the deck, so the models are changeable. Sort of like having the boat as a giant base similar to how Forge world do with the character series. I.e the model you’ve shown on the base, have that flush with the deck.

2021-08-23 20:17:10 +0000 UTCHey Si J, what do you mean by insetting? Right now i have enough room inside for 25 mm bases and 32mm bases on the outside on the platforms. I do have one larger hull that would also fit a 40mm

2021-08-23 07:45:05 +0000 UTCI actually made the sail / mast into multiple parts so you can have the sails as high as you want. i'll have different heights and they stack :)
