Replicant v001 (Merchant Tier)

Hello everyone,

commercial news this time. After long debates and numerous inquiries, we decided to unlock a commercial license for our models. We came to the conclusion, that it is time to move forward. The genre of cyberpunk deserves much more attention. We are convinced that the possibility of buying uber-cool models for those who do not have 3D printing background is the way to do it.

So, if you run a commercial 3D printing business, don't hesitate and take advantage of this opportunity :). The license is not too different from those available on the market, but a handful of information as a reminder below.

You find a reference to the Terms and all the main information you might need as a supporter at the Replicant (Merchant) tier on the Patreon.

General info

As a Merchant with an active Merchant license, you have the right to sell 3D prints of UNIT9 monthly released models. Your license covers all our files, including models available on MyMiniFactory.

License does not include crowdfunding content, Loyalty Rewards or other special models.

Advertisment

A good practice for Patreons with a Merchant tier is having banner on the sellers site. Merchants can send us their branding pack (name, logo, images, fonts, etc.) so we can work out a customized partnership banner, with dedicated color schemes. We are good at design : )

Branding

It would be awesome, if you'd consider using our logo next to yours on pictures of prints of other content that is directly connected to UNIT9 brand.  You should follow the Merchant Terms and add a tag or link.

Merchant terms

By subscribing to UNIT9 Patreon Replicant (Merchant) tier, you agree upon the following terms:

• You cannot sell or distribute digital files. This related to the STL files, PDF files and image files.
• Your license covers all our monthly released files, including models available on MyMiniFactory and our store.
• Merchants can sell printed models from our designs as long as they remain subscribed to a Tier that provides a commercial license.
• Your license does not cover crowdfunding release models, Loyalty Rewards or other special models.
• Rights do not include rcasting (metal, resin, or other).
• You must credit us as the Artist, and link to our Patreon.
• Your license allows you to use UNIT9 reference picture/renders to advertise UNIT9 models in your selling point
• No file modification allowed.
• Cross promotions models are NOT Included in the Replicant tier license
• Change of pledge to a lower Tier revokes the Merchant license.
• Advertisements, be it on social media or other channels, should contain reference to UNIT9 brand (Patreon link and/or social media tag and/or site link).
• Each Merchant can receive a personalized banner they are obliged to place in their store.
• UNIT9 retains the right to revoke any Commercial Use License at any time.
