Hey everyone, here's a pic requested by Dander0002 over on Twitter !

What was difficult (for me) in this picture wasn't the posing or the decor, it was the tattoos. The problem was that the face tattoo was a high quality stencil but the demon hunter marks provided by the WoW file are so low resolution that I didn't like the results, how could you have a high quality face tattoo and low quality body tattoos on the same character ? It didn't work out. After a total of 6 hours trying different things like :

- opening them up in gimp and smudging the sharp pixels

- redrawing them on a transparent layer over the originals

- Trying to find higher quality ones online

I needed help. Novarh is great at computer, servers and tinkering tech all together but image manipulation isn't her domain.

One day, I was talking to Tektah, asking how everything was going. Novarh was on the bed, she asked what I was doing. When I told her I was talking to Tektah she said " Oh you're asking for the tattoos ?"

Dumb little me...I...didn't even think about that.

So I gathered up my courage and asked.

Tektah was, as usual <3, really nice and gave me a lot of info !

Sadly it didn't work as expected on Linux. But thanks to all that info, Novarh and I did some researches and we managed to find a perfect workaround to the problem and we finally got our better quality tattoos !

But I prefer to share my struggle stories instead of pretending I'm some sort of "know it all".
