Frozen in time

The story behind that detail was that the floor was kind of empty in that spot. The thing was that I had NO idea what to put there. Another book ? No. Waaay too many of them in the pic already, An arcanic trinket ? Maybe. But I couldn't find any good one to put there. So I did what I often do in that case, I looked around me IRL. I looked what I had on the floor lying around. Sadly there wasn't much until I looked down and saw my dog looking at me confused. And that was it !
