Bought one before I saw your review and I'm a bit worried about the high gain sounding bloated.. However I saw that User Cidious over at head-fi.org had this to say about that: "DO KEEP IN MIND I am running it with the 15V/1.5A LPS. And it DOES increase the lower end of the frequency spectrum of the head amp drastically. But couldn't find the same improvement when using DAC only. For everyone that's going to use the head amp out I would heartily recommend a solid low noise LPS."

2019-06-27 15:12:21 +0000 UTCNot my experience at all when it comes to the gain settings. Aside from volume, they sound the same to me with any headphone I've thrown at it.

2019-06-26 17:36:49 +0000 UTCMy old motherboard from 2007 had coaxial spdif out. no optical. my new motherboard has optical spdif instead. Some HDMI Audio extractors often have coaxial out as do some TV's.
