It was Intergalactic Star Wars Day last week.
It'd been a while since I drew my Ewok character so of course I had to draw her again and I've finally named her!
Meet Madu, galaxy explorer (and maybe call-girl?).
She's managed to pick up Basic, so can get around fine, she's trying to learn Huttese next because from what she's heard, they seem to be a big deal.. or at least, untrustworthy enough that you might want to figure out what they're discussing before you find yourself in a sticky situation.
The very shiny, high-tech world that exist outside of her former home on the Forrest Moon of Endor have proven to be fascinating and quite exciting, and while she plans to return one day, she's having far too much fun learning about space-travel. The shock of learning that Droids (even tall golden ones) are not Gods has long since faded, but she still views some of them with awe and wonder.
She is a constant collaborator and friend to Big Jikki, a former pet Ewok turned... "business man". She helps him remember his younger days before he was snatched up by poachers and he teaches her about technology and galactic commerce.
She finds blasters and other energy weapons to be both terrifying and useful, and has made a great effort to learn how to handle them. She still needs to work on her aim, but she has excellent muzzle and trigger discipline.
