Behold! The progress of the bunker door thus far. Actually, it's a bit further along than this, but I forgot to take photos before we packed up for the day. Basically, everything is still to be sanded down/evened out, glued in place, plus primed, painted, then weathered etc. etc.
And then the door needs to be mounted (stop it) in the set wall. It's turning into a job on a par with the giant goujon, though less monotonous.
Hopefully though, if it all works out, the door will be part of the set for Digi Live, so those of you who'll be there should be able to get your photo taken with it.
For those of you following along... I've had a much quieter week. I've managed some down time, alongside putting the Digi Live script together (it IS going to brilliant), and jotting down ideas for the upcoming Digi Level 2 filming. I'm feeling far less overwhelmed. Still had some work bits to do, but it has eased up, and allowed me to focus on the not-day-job jobs.
We're actually filming on Monday with Gannon and Eli, so unless disaster happens you'll definitely get a new Digi next week. And for those of you who are part of Biffo's Brain... talk to you tomorrow night.
I'll keep the bunker updates coming (the injury wasn't that bad... I stabbed myself with the scalpel before cutting a single thing).

Hope Biffo's Brain goes well - I was thinking that I'd say a quick "hello" while at the beer festival, but loading simple tweets was enough of a mission there last night (it's in a field), so see you all at the next one!
