"SCRAPYARD" - QUADECA *FULL ALBUM STREAM*
Added 2024-02-25 14:17:54 +0000 UTCwell folks we finally made it to my first Quadeca listen! Not the album I originally was going to listen to first but SCRAPYARD was interesting and unique for sure. Not gonna lie though, some of these songs just straight up didn't vibe with me, his vocals are a bit undercooked in my opinion but clearly it's his style so just some fair warning. Where the high were high the lows were honestly just as low. Might have to sit with this one for a while before I write a review because right now I just have no idea how to feel about this whole project. Maybe some of y'all can give some clarity, I'm all ears!

You should definitely listen to IDMTHY as it is, in my opinion, more melodically satisfying and beautifully produced. He is also an amazing storyteller and there are songs that i cannot hear regularly cause it will definitely make me cry. Seeing his progression from a youtube rapper/FIFA youtuber into the artist he is now is mind blowing and that might have made me enjoy his new music more than people who listened to his new music first (im not sure honestly just an assumption). I would love to see your reaction to the album and its okay you if you are not a big fan of it. Im just interested to hear your thoughts on it. Anyways, love your content Troy! Take care!

That visual album was so conceptually original and cohesive, I think you’ll dig it. There’s a ton I loved on Scrapyard and a ton that I just skip because it’s not for me, but I Didn’t Mean to Haunt You is as excellent as the people say.
