hey troy! i know this is kinda an older stream at this point but if u still wanted input on pacing.. i understand wanting to skip a song if u dont vibe with it like half way in. tbh i personally dont really enjoy the skipping. but i think if ur gonna go that route, itd be more enjoyable if u listened through fully for the songs that u ARE enjoying. tbh as in audience entertainment, i do enjoy when u listen to an album all the way through, even when ur not vibing with a song :)

Not a fan of the skipping, I don't really like it just because a true first listen should give the song a chance, it's only 3-4 minutes a song,

She has a certain kind of voice when she sings that people either love or hate. I have a few critiques but for the most part I really enjoyed the album. Alot of her songs that she has released grows on you the more you listen.

However, coming from a competitive dancer, I have been watching Tate Mcrae since I was 13 and she is based in contemporary, lyrical, and ballet dance. From watching her dance and being able to watch her transition to singing and songwriting, she did not miss for me

I feel like I can usually tell within the first minute or two although some songs I need to listen to a few times

2023-12-27 18:31:04 +0000 UTCi do not like the skipping songs bc you don't vibe with them instantly. if you really want to rate an album you should give every song a chance, especially if a song has a big twist in the bridge or lyric-wise. i dunno, kinda seems rushed if you skip a lot of songs. just my 2 cents

In general, I think this was a good one to do the skips and honesty of for the majority of - and you definitely gotta stay true to yourself and your opinions and motives. Respect. I think in general though as a format it might keep you from missing great parts of songs
