[Hereafter] Chapter CLXX: Chocolate Commotion

I had thoughts about how far out to extend this "event," but at the end of the day, this isn't canon Chaldea. Ritsuka isn't the sole Master trying to ride herd on a couple dozen Servants while Romani tries not to collapse into his coffee and Da Vinci holds the place together with spit and duct tape. In Hereafter, there's a whole team who can delegate and split up to cover more ground at once, and Olga Marie is still around to take the lion's share of the work of being Director.

As a result, things end faster than they might have otherwise, and further shenanigans were averted. Unlike the Prison Tower, things really ended that quickly, although the consequences are still to come in the future.

But! I do have a question to pose to you guys and girls. A certain someone is due for punishment for what he did these last two chapters, and the editing team suggested putting it to you, the readers, to see what would be an appropriate one. Yes, I was asking in the Discord, too. What do you think a suitable punishment would be for the "pain and suffering" of the last two chapters?

EDIT: Moving down all the way. 12/7/2024

I love that Taylor explains the situation, and Marie's first reaction is indignation that Taylor didn't get a Valentine from Mash. It was cute. :) And once again, Taylor helps and supports Marie through a bad moment. I also loved her Mom moment with Jackie in regards to eating off the floor. As for Shakespeare's punishment: manually cleaning all the areas that are practical for him to clean that slowly; handwritten letters of apology to everyone affected by what happened, to be written and delivered on a very tight deadline; and he's banned from movie night for a certain number of weeks.

Now that Marie's said it it's pretty odd there's no chocolate for Rika or Taylor.

Mash has an amazing talent for being an absolutely heart-warming cinnamon roll in this story. Kinda wish we'd gotten to see/hear one of those messages for Taylor but presumably it'd be pretty similar to what she said about admiring Taylor already before. Also, considering how Mash usually responds when Lancelot is around, Galahad must've shoved his entire gauntleted fist in his mouth to keep from making some kind of comment while she was working on Romani's message. As for a punishment, no clue really. Whatever it is should involve deadlines, the author's club famously doesn't like deadlines.

Another aspect is that Shakespeare wouldn't be able to eat while being punished.

Considering the types of punishments during Shakespeare time and which one would be fitting for him, someone who apparently never knows when he should be silent, maybe a Scold's bridle would be a good punishment?
