But its extremeness depends on the person. It sounds like maybe Marian has Trypanophobia, fear of needles, but mild so it's simply an uncomfortable moment. I have Thalassophobia, so you will never, ever find me on any kind of boat on open water. Just thinking about being an open ocean makes me shiver.
