On the one hand, she's not entirely wrong. There is some correlation, between whatever it is that's causing people to stare & what's throwing off her balance. It's probably just NOT any sort of stigma based around being outside anymore.

Thanks for bearing with me. Here's the final as promised. Started & plotted back when collectively, we were more focused on that whole pandemic thing. But it's been a crazy week & a half. And honestly, it felt callous to not chuck in some sort of acknowledgement. Though sorry if it's extremely tacked on. But I gotta say, she's got a helluva point!
