Points Update #18

First of all, I would like to thank you all once again for supporting me and being with me throughout the year~

This pandemic has made us all go through some rough times and I hope you guys are fairing well even though you guys support me. When you need it, remember you can always go back to pledging if you need the money.

Nonetheless, y'all supporting me has made it really smooth sailing for me and the family and I'm really thankful for that! I really hope to give back, and I hope what I give is all fair for all of y'all.

Progress Updates

Hopefully, not a wall of text!

• 🔶 Merry Snowy Fantasy [ Wed & Thu ]

So I re-drew all of the frames of the whole animation to make it more consistent and up to date with the design. Here's a comparison!

Thinner lines because the resolution is actually bigger than last, slightly altered colors, improved details on the character, and slight changes in pose to make it a bit more fluid when animated... and the medal is now a bell.

• 🔁 Patreon Requests: [ Fri ]

As you see on the title, I changed the Patreon requests to only be done during Fridays. That's because I want to double-down on Merry Snowy Fantasy until it was finished, then I can change the Patreon requests to double-down on 3 days instead of one.

That doesn't mean I slacked off though. Here are the results of last month:

For this week at least I plan to replace the Furria days for Patreon commission days so I would have more time to myself around the holidays without any worry~

• ✅ FiaDH: [ Sat & Sun ]

We progressed a bit now on "Pike Lane"! There was a lot of logic involved with it so I have to revamp one of the other functions of the game to match since they're pretty much the same thing.

Other than that, plans for the battle re-work is being written down. Her "reflect" game doesn't really work anymore. I would love to introduce 4 things and mix them up in the later game, so I wanted to focus on that kind of playstyle, along with encounters that make you think a bit.

I might change the visual style of the battle too, but we'll see.

• ✅ Myriad Stop: [ Sat & Sun ]

A few more graphical assets are added in the project, as well as grabbing a voice sample for one of the characters.

That's it really, everything is actually focused on one other thing, thanks to constantly being cut off from the internet and unable to get resources, like a prototype for one part of the Discord bot and the mwiki from last month.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it this month, but definitely next month!
