Pandemic Preliminary Sketches

No, I'm not randomly starting a new project again... and hopefully, there's a good chance I won't finish these. But I'll give the context nonetheless and give it to you all.

We know that today's environment and chaos that's happening now has been the stress with the whole world. We know what is but if one is looking back here, it's pretty much because of COVID-19. With the current situation with people being stupid, I feel I want to tell the story about it and maybe give awareness.

I do want to do this in a timely manner but I think even if I give 100% attention to this, the world would probably have been recovered. Assets take time to make. I think just making the assets alone won't make it unless I got some others to help me work on it...

Story

※ You probably need to know some lore about Furria here. Cause I might explain some stuff that might not make sense. I'll link the wiki here if you need it. 

Corruption in Fiagia is not new, it's the force that always spawns against the world constantly. In the continent of Welisris, a nearby outbreak of corruption has spread through a nearby small town. So almost everyone is stuck indoors until the situation is resolved.

Unlike the people of Ingrixil where it is not new, this will take a while. Unfortunately, not everyone cooperates to simply stay safe.

A story of insanity, risks, consequences, and a view of the minds of the people who are left inside.

(Was corruption the right word? I swear I thought of a different word for it before.)

Characters

We'll be going from left to right based on the image above, all of them unnamed cause I don't really have thought of them.

• A male cat-type. They are A-rank in the Furria Guild of the town, mostly as the navigator and investigator of their team. In battle, they would wield tonfas.
• A female otter-type(?) that prefers to look male. They are also on the same sub-guild as the first one, most likely gonna be the leader of the sub-guild. In battle they would wield a crossbow.
• A female bird-type who actually the main character of the whole story, and is the only one not fully involved with the Furria Guild. She's only a general store manager who's business got halted due to the corruption lockdown.
• A male.... hmmm... I'm not sure what type they are. Probably a hybrid. They are a C-rank member of the Furria Guild... but C-ranks are not allowed outside during the lockdown. They were originally female but decided against it. They are a ring user in battle. They're actually good friends with the bird-type.
• A female squirrel-type. Just like the one before it, the same sub-guild and all, the more proper of the two. Also a friend with the bird-type but not as much.  Cares about their partner though! That's probably a detail that gonna be important~

Execution

To easily make it short: visual novel. On the web. Probably episodic just to keep it consistent actually.

That's a glimpse of my mind and it kinda took my whole day while I was binge-watching BNA. (Brand New Animal)

Update: I kinda regret doing this cause it only dawned on me it's Friday here and I haven't made this week's #FurriaFriday entry. I'm too tired to actually make one now...
