...And there we have it. There are still a bunch of stories untold from Herman Orca's world. Rats in the Hold. Fallout (about the aftermath of the nuclear explosion that killed President Kinney, both physical and diplomatic). Funny Farm (Herman and Anna trying to run a ranch while being researchers and parents - kind of like a gag-a-day strip collection). Rats in Space (when they finally DO send a rocket out of the atmosphere, they "man" it with the species viewed as disposable). And so on and so forth.

But just to catch my breath and have a little fun, I'm thinking the next Saturday story will be a tale of Marshal Reacher and his faithful sidekick Lester in "Meat on her Bones". They're trying to get a scientist and her game-changing discovery to safety through a gauntlet of heavies. Not a complex plot, but lots of action. And a character from the bunch shown above makes a guest appearance! What do you say, readers?

And perhaps a Lovecraftian piece based on his Rats in the Walls... I heard about Meat on her Bones earlier today on Fur Affinity. Because I read my comic sites in alphabetical order.

Instead of rats being maligned in your stories again, rather than "being viewed as disposable" rats were chosen by the scientists because they are physically, mentally and biologically more adaptable than most other species. I mean, look at rats in this world, they thrive everywhere but Iceland and Antarctica. Sending them into unknown space first is just good science.

"US Marshal" + "Sherlock Holmes" + Arnold . . . that pretty much sums up Reacher in a nutshell . . . built like a tank with an equally well developed mind with a relentless spirit that doesn't let go once he's got the scent. Man we need one of him in every department . . . plus a few Rumbolts and Jacks . . . you get a set of them in every law enforcement department, this nation might have a shot at recovering from the cancer its citizenry have become.

Looking forward to our favorite Marshal! :)

I can't wait to get the printed book on this. This universe sounds promising.

Man, that sniper guy is there and he's cold...

All of the above are great - but I am certainly down for more Reacher.

Skunkupine

Looking forward to it.
